PROJECT OVERVIEW
As the in-house Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager for both Gear Team Apparel and The Soccer Factory, I was responsible for developing creative content that drove brand visibility, sales, and fan engagement. My work spanned across social media graphics, promotional materials, and email campaigns for both companies. In addition, because The Soccer Factory hosts San Antonio FC’s official fan shop, I also managed the design and execution of SAFC Fan Shop email campaigns.
BRANDING CHALLENGE
Managing content for three interconnected brands required a balance of consistency and differentiation. Gear Team Apparel needed designs that highlighted custom team uniforms, while The Soccer Factory focused on retail sports gear and lifestyle products. The SAFC Fan Shop added another layer—demanding fast-turnaround promotions aligned with game schedules and merchandise drops. The challenge was ensuring each brand’s messaging was distinct, while also maintaining a unified professional standard that connected with their respective audiences.
CREATIVE SOLUTION
I developed branded social media content tailored to each company’s audience, creating posts that highlighted products, promotions, and events in an engaging way. I also designed and scheduled email campaigns for Gear Team Apparel, The Soccer Factory, and the SAFC Fan Shop—optimizing subject lines, visuals, and timing to maximize sales and fan engagement. For SAFC, I ensured emails aligned with match days, product launches, and fan promotions, driving consistent traffic and merchandise sales. My combined efforts helped strengthen brand presence across platforms while increasing customer engagement and revenue.
